Limited Companies

We specialise in particular in owner-managed limited companies, and can advise on tax and remuneration planning for shareholder/directors. We can also assist with all statutory requirements including company secretarial matters and  annual accounts.

IT advice and support

At DNB Accounting, we encourage our clients to utilise accounting software, both to reduce their accountancy costs and to make their bookkeeping less time-consuming.

We offer ad hoc Sage support and training, and can provide a “topping and tailing” service on a monthly or quarterly basis for organisations wishing to produce accurate management accounts on an ongoing basis.

At DNB, we offer a personalised service to small businesses. You will not have the frustration of having to explain different aspects of your business to a variety of departments or people.

We aim to be flexible and prompt in responding to your needs; we are aware of the frustrations faced by business owners when they need advice and are unable to get hold of their business advisor.

Within office hours, we are always available either on the office phone or mobile. Evening or weekend meetings are available by appointment. If we cannot deal with your query immediately, we aim to call you back within 24 hours with a response.
